The YouTube video is titled "Classical mood of tik tak brothers". It features a singer and a player of a string instrument (djembe?) sitting on a mat in front of a wall; they seem to be wearing West African clothes.

I think this short clip sounds really interesting and would really appreciate it if anyone could translate it.

    Obviously you might get lucky and catch someone who knows this song and speaks its language. Otherwise, if you want to go the long way around, I suggest trying first to identify the type of instrument (looks kind of like an akonting, but not quite). Then you might be able to figure out what people groups are well-known for playing that instrument, perhaps confirmed by the distinctive clothing that these men are wearing. And then, congratulations, you might at least know what the language might be (in any of several dialects). – mlibby Mar 8 '20 at 0:38
