The Japanese electronic music band Plus-Tech Squeeze Box put out an album titled Cartooom! in 2004, with cover art reminiscent of the American animated series Dexter's Laboratory. The song "Fiddle-Dee-Dee!!" from the album appeared in the animutation "Gone With the Wind 1979" by Andrzej "Un-J" Banas

The liner notes mention "I'm perfect!" as the only lyrics, but this is a blatant lie. This line occurs at the start of the "chorus" section. I also picked out "transmission" near the start and "How would you like to be a hero / If you help me with my [unintelligible] / You could be a hero" near the end. I suspect the rest may be a mix of one or more of English, French, and Japanese, but it's hard to detect due to the distortion, the vocalist's accent, and my lack of experience with French and Japanese.

So what are the rest of the lyrics to "Fiddle-Dee-Dee!!"? Or is it mostly scat singing, like the end of Loituma's recording of "Ieva's Polka" and the entirety of the album ( ) by Sigur Rós, or breaks like in Coil's remix of "Gave Up" by Nine Inch Nails? The unofficial "GWTW" video offers guesses, but some of them appear further distorted based on the Rule of Funny.
