There's a woodwind instrument at 35:21 sounds too rich for a flute is it an Oboe? It's the most wonderful passage, you can hear this same instrument slightly later too at 35:34.

35:21 - 35:45 corresponds to the first four measures of rehearsal mark 48 in the score, which for woodwinds indicates:

Flute I, II
Oboe (2)
English Horn (enters at 35:38)
Clarinet in A (2)
Bass Clarinet in A (2)
Bassoon (2)

The bassoon and bass clarinet play slower-moving parts; the other winds play the more sweeping figures above the string melody.
