It’s timestamped above, 2:51 after the lyric:

Sounds similar to a trumpet but you get this later and it sounds different. Looking for clarification.

There's a whole orchestra playing there: woodwinds, brass, strings and keyboards. All the woodwinds and the strings play a high chord on the last quarter note of that bar (the beat after "stand"). Maybe that's what you're hearing.

  • I’m sure there’s a brass instrument there too but it doesn’t sound like a trumpet. Maybe a muted one, perhaps. There’s definitely a trumpet after “can” at 3:12 but the one before sounds different.

  • @cmp There's brass playing, but they are all low. That's not what you're hearing. At 3:12 there's a trumpet added in a more audible range.
