There are four songs that keep me puzzled since 2011.

I encountered them on Last.fm, attributed to Guns N’ Roses. Clearly wrong. These guys don't even have an album called Luddite. Fair enough, the songs are not listed there anymore.

Some commentators assumed them to be authored by Seven Mary Three or Grötüs, perhaps by titles alone. Well, clearly wrong again—theirs are different.

My attempts to Google the lyrics have remained futile.

Let me finally share the sound: https://m.soundcloud.com/artursreiljans/sets/luddite/s-DaiNJEMFrbv

Please help me solve this.

  • not posting as an answer because i'm bad at telling voices apart, and it would be impossible to verify if this is the case, but it sounds kinda like The Sun And The Sky, vimeo.com/44628850 ; bad news if this is the case, they broke up seven years ago and most of their music has been taken down

  • on further listening, actually, i dont think it is them, but i do think it's an australian band. i'm having this eerie sense of "i swear i've heard them before", but i don't think i have; i think this synth-heavy kinda-hard indie-rock was just a really popular genre at one point.

I think whoever suggested it was Grotus was right. There's an EP called Luddite listed for that band on Discogs.com with the same track names.
