Does anyone recognize it and know the Artist/ song title?
The music video is for the Talking Heads song "Road To Nowhere". Here is the music video on Youtube. Talking Heads was an educated guess; I figured only David Byrne would feature a jogging man (himself) in front of a white background and a weird zoomed up shot of his mouth.
