Whenever I hear the Christmas carol "Unto us is born a son" the melody always reminds me of another song, but I have no idea what it is!

The melody itself comes from the 16th century Finnish Piae Cantiones, and the latin version of the carol is called Puer nobis nascitur.

Does anyone know of other songs using this melody?

The version of Michael Praetorius http://www.hymnsandcarolsofchristmas.com/Hymns_and_Carols/Images/Terry_200_Folk_Carols/144a-To_All_Men.jpg has the same lyrics and a similar melody, but in 6/8, whereas the English carol appears to be 4/4.
