Who performs the vocals in Jedi Mind Tricks' “Before The Great Collapse”?

In the track Before The Great Collapse by Jedi Mind Tricks, who is performing the vocals?

I've spoken with lots of people about this and many claim that it's both Vinnie Paz and Jus Allah. That they matched their voices on the track so it was close to impossible to hear any difference. I can distinctively hear Vinnie's earlier voice but also a lot that reminds me of Jus.

"Before the Great Collapse" was the first JMT single to be solely performed by group vocalist Vinnie Paz, who uses the track as a suicide letter, written to his mother.
