“On a boat in the moonlight” “Those are the Eyes of a Woman in Love” - from YouTube video

Question

I found this used as the background music of an unrelated video on youtube. I searched on google for fragments of lyrics that I can pickup, I tried the usual song identification applications, all to no avail. I have sent pm to the poster of youtube video but he didn't answer.

It seems to have some professional production effort on it (it has back vocals, a multi instrument musical score). Maybe it's from an old movie or tv series?

Shazam says it is Sonnet 116 by Maggie Doucet. Youtube doesn't seem to have this one. You can find it on Google Play Music though for sure. Searching for Maggie Doucet on youtube will show up some other of her songs. Hope I helped!
