Not sure if right area of SE ...

Band with 2 members, both men, keyboardist who wears cape and singer with Native American style pigtails. Music was dance and synthpop (?) ... singer danced a lot in live performances, in Native American dance moves. Saw them on Austin City Limits many years ago (more than 10 yrs. ago). Seeking name of band, those details all I can remember. Thank you!
