I kinda like this album, but I can't find it anywhere.
This senior gentleman wears white. And wears a hat. He looks askance. His face is like snakeskin.

It was released 2-4 years ago. It wasnt used for anything as far as I know. His face is like snakeskin effect (many many snake scales) – Donald Wu Nov 3 '17 at 19:21
