Heard this in a tv show, sounds awfully familiar. I don't have a way to present sheet music, but it's in 3/4, c'4 means quater note.

3/4 | c'2 c'4 | g'2 g'4 | d'4. d#'8 d'4 | c'1 ||

If there's a way to notate this melody more clearly, tell me, this is the best way I could come up with.

It's an old folk song, but their version is by far the best well known.
