The track "Gravity of Love" is a single from Enigma's album "The Screen Behind the Mirror". The song contains samples of Carmina Burana. There is also some background chatter at the beginning of the track by a female voice. What does it say? Is it also taken from Carmina Burana?

You can listen to the track on Spotify. The music video can also be found here on YouTube. Interestingly, the chatter is not present on this version or if it is, it can't be easily heard because of some thunderstorm sounds and probably different mixing/production.

I had taken it and edited the audio in audacity and I believe it says, "I give you my love". Or sounds similar to that. I tried my best, but that's what I got.

  • After that, she seems to be repeating a word twice. Something like "Abort, abort" which would make sense if this was some military chatter but not in this case. – DarthPaghius May 6 '18 at 20:40
  • @DarthPaghius Could it be amour, amour? I can't access a version with the chatter, so I can't be sure, but that would seem more on topic... – Chris Sunami supports Monica May 7 '18 at 17:29
