This song keeps playing in my work at 12ish.

It's a female singer which the main chorus is "I wanna" followed by what sounds like scat (like "bu dup da day") and back to the rhythm and "I wanna, I wanna".

I cant find this song anywhere please help. It also sounds old like quartet but the women kind, if that helps.

(Edit) I finally found it it here's a link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jo1cyl0QbWo

Is it possibly the 90's R&B/Hip-Hop hit "Shoop"?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4vaN01VLYSQ

It featured the memorable chorus:

you make me wanna
Shoop shoop ba-doop (Baby, hey)
Ba-doop, ba-doop, ba-doop, ba-doop

While it was a hip-hop song it did have a bit of a retro doo-wop feel...

  • nope its a song ive only heard at the store and its chorus says I waaaaana I waaaana ik that for certain – Blu Grolithe May 8 at 5:17

According to OP, the answer is: Caro Emerald's Back It Up.

The chorus does have the scat and "I wanna" part.
