Unfortunately, I only remember the music video, I don't remember any lyrics.

All I remember is in the music video, there were teenage black girls dancing, using a tv remote as a microphone, braiding their long hair with ribbons at a colourful sleepover. There may have been a pillow fight.

American, probably from the 90s...

I think there were 3 girls, I don't know. It was a pop song, kind of like tlc.
