I am looking for a music duo that I saw photos of and have not been able to identify (the photos were in a magazine and unfortunately I do not have them). Details I do have:

They are a brother and sister music duo, I thought they were twins but am not completely sure.

In the photos they both have very pale (white-blonde) hair and light skin.

I don't think they are American (possibly Swedish?)

The photos were likely 5-10 years old.

I know this isn't much to go on (I'm sorry I don't have more details), but does anyone know who they might be?

you could try working your way through the wikipedia list of sibling duos.......... – Angst Aug 10 at 13:42
  • I have looked through the wikipedia list (and a list there of twin musicians too) and they are not there (thank you though!) I don't have a photo, I saw them in a magazine that did not belong to me (and I don't know what magazine it was either, sorry!) – saphriel Aug 10 at 16:41
  • Do you remember any other details from that photos? For example, their clothes, make-up, decoration or instruments might help to narrow down to a certain music style. Or do you know anything about the magazine? – Arsak Sep 12 at 7:49
  • I just remember that they looked really modern and kind of unusual. The photos looked, I think I would say glossy? (Like fashionable photos.) They were posing in ways that focused on symmetry (I think this is one reason I assumed they were twins). There weren't any musical instruments in the pictures. I don't remember anything about the magazine itself, unfortunately. – saphriel Sep 13 at 1:14

I'm almost positive it's The White Stripes, Jack White is the dude. They aren't blood relatives, but they were married for a while.

  • Jack White and Meg White both have dark hair - so not "very pale (white-blonde) hair" - although yes to "light skin" – Angst Aug 12 at 18:24
  • I'm a huge fan of them so I know it's not, but thank you anyway! – saphriel Aug 12 at 20:02
